1 minute, Classical Monologue (Shakespeare or other)
1 minute, Contemporary Monologue

Burning Coal firmly believes in the principle of racial, age and gender non-specific casting and actively seeks minority actors, directors, designers, and technicians for participation in ALL its events!  

Auditions for the 2013/14 Season at Burning Coal for both Equity and non-Equity actors of all ages, genders, races and experience levels will be held on Saturday, April 20th from 9 a.m. to 5:30 pm.  In order to book an appointment, please email coalartisticdir@ncrrbiz.com with a time of day when you would like to audition and we will respond back with the nearest available timeslot.

The season has roles for
- A 20 year old girl
- A 13 year old girl
- A 16 year old boy
- A 70 year old African American man
And many, many more!
