box 3

Director Emily Ranii returns to Burning Coal to direct a startling play about an uncertain romance that transcends time.  Heisenberg is a love story about two people trapped by time, determined to push past the confines that life has imposed on them.   Most of us imagine that we are ‘free’ to make choices in our life, but then when the moment of truth comes, we step quietly inside the box of conformity.  But what would happen if, just once, we didn’t?

Simon Stephens is the author of the stage adaptation of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime.

Estimated run time: 1.5 hours.
